Tenkai (adj)

Definition 1: Very dogwater at predictive political skills. Grossly overestimates trends heavily favored for one party (usually democrats) while completely ignoring any other trends.
Synonyms: Lunatic, idiot, weirdo

Definition 2: Someone who is obsessed with old people dying and gets very excited when they do. Examples include jimmy Carter, henry kissinger, joe lieberman.
