Bunned, as an adjective, means retarded or damaged in general; can be used to describe everything from technology to people.

As a verb, to bun or to be bunned is to screw or be screwed over in a negative connotation.

Person 1: Did you hear Ollie bunned his phone?
Person 2: Dude, Ollie's bunned. He'd bun his phone eventually regardless of circumstance, he's just so spaz

Bun is a term used by UK street gangs to refer to someone who got shot (sometimes used incorrectly by referring to someone being stabbed or injured without a firearm being involved).
Bun could also mean burned as its a derivative
