Townie 

Someone who never leaves the town/city they were born in. Generally townies:

1) Live in the town/city their whole life
2) Have the same friends from the local high school they attended and root for the high school sports
3) Doesn't leave the town for college
4) Marries another townie who together have children who attend the same schools they did and become townies
5) Think there is no better place to live besides their town
6) Attend high school parties well into their twenties

Kid 1: Hey look its that guy who's always hammered and at the football games.
Kid 2: Oh ya, hes been friends with my parents since high school. He's a complete townie.

A person who is fake as fuck. An airhead. Boarderline retarded . A true back stabber. They think you're their friend but then talk shit behind your back. A person who despises the life they made for themselves and tries to live yours . They think they're your friend but in all reality they're you worst enemy . They'll steal all your friends and do anything to make your life more difficult .

3. A person aged 10-26 who was born and raised in an American "college town" and continues to reside there. Usually has some resentment toward the college's students, especially if the college is pretigious and/or expensive.
