Swagger-jackin 

A person who jacks or steals someone else's swagger. When someone that is not very cool takes feels the need to take someone else's swagger or awesomeness to try and make themselves cooler.

The term is infact Swagger JACKER: Someone who "Jacks" your look, style, sound etc... Taking it and passing it of as their own look/Material/ Shit, Etc....

By the way he swaggers slightly you can hear his smugness and self-congratulations echo in his footsteps, as well as a possible stagger due to the darkness of the hallway.
