When you absolutely suck at a game you have no skill or skill issue. You can also have skill issue in sports.

Bro has massive skill issue, he can’t even make a shot.

Used to describe something bad that happens to a person whether or not it actually required skill.

Person 1: My card just got stolen and they wasted $2000 of my money!

Person 2: Sounds like a skill issue.
