Implicit Harm

refers to the negative consequences and subtle biases that are embedded in societal expectations or happens when everyday expectations and stereotypes negatively affect people without being obviously unfair. For example, assuming women are less capable in leadership roles can prevent them from getting promotions or being taken seriously at work.

I heard he thinks women are stupid. Such implicit harm is what causes society to be downtrodden!

I mean, the harm is obviously the potential for parents who don't want their kids to be trans or who don't believe that "trans" is a thing their child can be... having their kids taken away by the state.
