staying under the radar

In a classroom setting- Making as little eye contact with the teacher or professor so you won't get called on.

In everyday life- Doing what you want all the way until you reach the level that you know you will get caught ridin dirty.

Classroom- I am staying under the radar not making eye contact in Contracts class, because I haven't done the reading for like a whole week!

Everyday life- Yesterday I made sure I was staying under the radar avoiding the boss's wrath at work by actually doing something besides sending e-mails and texting until my boss left for the day.

An expression used to describe something that is über cool, awesome, amazing. From the slang word "rad" an abbreviation of 'radical'--made popular by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and skaters in the 80's. Being rad is the highest compliment you can give. Also used as an expression of awe.

"I couldn't decide whether to get the Ferrari or the Jag so I got both"

radharani

Radharani... the name in itself is beautiful, and the girl herself is even more so. She is insanely talented but humble, stunningly beautiful but modest. With long, luscious hair, deep, emotive eyes, she makes the word life seem brighter. Her beauty is unmatched, and she is the kindest person you will ever meet.

Of course, even if she seems like the dream girl, she has imperfections. She can be too loyal, too shy and quiet, and sometimes she might get so busy, she will forget to make time for herself and you.

But nevertheless, is it not boring if one is too perfect?

Person One: I genuinely wish someday I could be like Radharani someday...

radack

Verb. After accepting an invitation or agreeing to go out you cancel at the very last minute using a lame excuse like "I have to work late", "Not feeling good all of a sudden", or "I got a sudden case of diarrhea ambush".

I sent in my invitation to Eric and Amanda's wedding but don't feel like driving 8 hours. I'm going to radack it and say I have to work over the weekend.

Radasse

French noun referring to a woman (not necessarily French) who inspires you disgust or scorn.
Can also be used as a mark of affection for friends you enjoy teasing.

Very often, you will realise that a 'radasse' is also a 'grognasse'. But not always.

"Grosse radasse, tu pourrais répondre à mes textos!!"

"Quoi, tu as invité cette vieille radasse de Gabrielle ? Cool ! :)" - use the context to know when radasse is used in a friendly way !
