To preminisce; 1: to remember something your going to do, and think upon it a while, wondering why you were going to do it in the first place. 2: Collecting your thoughts for your plans for the future and enjoying the thought of them.

Preminiscing; 1: Thinking about the things to come, the future etc and wondering, why? 2: Possibly gaining enjoyment from the ideas of certain things happening.
3: To have a flash forward to the future, knowing what will happen, much like the talent that phychic's posess.

The Permission

It's the same thing as "The Shocker", only the girl you are giving it to must know that you are going to do it and still allow you to follow through with it. It's "The Shocker" without the shock.

Me and my girlfriend had the talk last night and I think she's going to let me give her the permission tonight.

Niner Premiership

A Niner Premiership is won when a team narrowly misses out on being part of the top 8 teams that go through to the finals of the competition. Despite it being a sort of consolation prize, it is often used tongue in cheek to ridicule a sporting team that finds themselves at this part of the competition table, often continually.

At the close of the regular 2019 Australian Rugby League season, the Wests Tigers had declined to 9th, winning the Niner Premiership again - their second year in a row and their 6th since inception.
