A noun meaning the intensification of discomfort from needing to urinate that an individual feels the closer he or she gets to a bathroom. Often resulting in short urine bursts or complete bladder evacuation when the toilet is in sight.

v. pisscalate and pisscalated

Roger had to pee for the last 25 miles, but when he pulled off of the freeway and into a gas station, he began panicking and rocking in his seat because of the pisscalation.
