Meep - In instant messaging, means to start a new conversaion and to disregard previous topics. It is usually used when an uncomfortable or private topic is brought up.

A phrase uttered by one of the greatest American philosophers ever, Beaker from the Muppets. A meep is someone who does something so hapless and ridiculous that they fall into the category of a meep. It is a descriptive term used to describe someone who acts a fool or has terrible luck.

Sean: Hey Andrew, why is Beyer being such a meep?

Andrew: Because he is salty over being a moop.
