Jenna Harkin is the kind of person who will hit you with an electric scooter at 25 kph and blame it on you. She will not apologise until months after when she laughs about it and says sorry even though she is telling herself it's not her fault. However she can be cool sometimes but i would run if you meet someone with her name because once she gets her drivers license, it wont be a scooter hitting you.
