(Turkish) Götveren is "asshole/sucker" s similar. But the Turkish meaning is "people who gives own ass" . It is using for the people can do everthing who is want to be favorite.

He is closer than me Lisa. I hate this "Götveren" .

Although the government does many things that are unnecessary and only work towards the inconvenience of the general population, I can assure you, society would not function without it.

You people may despise the government and taxes, but you must realize that roads, hospitals, police, etc. don't come out of nowhere. What? You expect other people to do all these things for you, without you making any kind of contribution?

Philosophically: one who considers his own intellect to encompass and exceed the intellect of another, thereby giving him the right and duty to control the life of another, for the other's own good.

My mom remained a gobermouch, always knowing what's best and tricking me into doing it, even after I turned 18.

Youth and Government

Youth and Government is a program run by the YMCA in california and a few other states. The most amazing program mixed with the most amazing people. Y&G will change your life in the best, most unexpected way possible. It is totally worth the 4 am wake up for new member sign ins. There are three trips, bob1, bob2 and sac. This is an amazing program filled with the coolest high schoolers out there.

government cheese

Government cheese was the most flavorful fantastic cheese ever made. It was the one thing poor kids had over rich ones. It was usually delivered to your door(if you had a home) in a large block, by the state. Government cheese got me through my childhood. Thank you Dad, for being such a loser.

"Dude, you know where I can get some government cheese?"

When in high school, we used government cheese in home ec class.
