When you plan a party and a LOT people say they'll come, but then they "flake" on you at the last second and say they can't come. Party Dandruff only occurs when you have several people flake on you not <5, but >10

a: 100 people confirmed they were coming to my birthday party on Facebook!
b: I hate when people flake on me!
a: I know! So many people flaked on my party and now I have party dandruff

Eyebrow Dandruff

It is the white flakes that are located in someones eyebrows. The flakes have been know to fall in a person's eyes and cause blindness.
