Confurzgled

It is a state of mind in which you will be confused to the point where your brain will go into an "overdrive". Your mental resources will go into an overload in exchange for loss of coordination, focus, and possibly manhood.

Your brain will then violently implode, and cease to exist, possibly summoning an infamous black hole.
