Alek

Often short for Alexander, a name derived from Greek origins meaning ‘warrior’.

Hence the meaning, boys called Alek are often protective over the people they love. They are kind, and have probably gone through a large deal of physical pain. As for personality, they are often left brained - calculating and methodical like a warrior would be. Strong subjects include: maths, computer science, chemistry, physics, music. Warriors tend to be multi-talented to sharpen their senses, which is why you will often find people called ‘Alek’ playing an instrument, most commonly the piano, flute, or guitar.
