A meal in the early afternoon after lunchtime but before dinnertime. The idea occupies the space between lunch and dinner in the same manner as "brunch" occupies the same space between breakfast and lunch.

John: Hey, Susie. It's 4 p.m., and I'm starved. Wanna have dunch?
Susie: Sure, John!
