This word comes from a user in a discord server for the roblox game 'Anime Battle Arena', already cementing them as a male with no rizz. Additionally, this user is 0-7 when it comes to women, and this is only documented on this server (for which one's standards must be incredibly low).

TL;DR: Shaneboy98 is a term to describe a person with negative rizz, as Shaneboy98 was the first documented case of this strange and saddening phenomenon.
