AC/DC is considered one of the greatest No Frills Rock & Roll Bands of all time.

I went to see Projex last night and they ripped my face off. Man, that was no frills rock and roll at its best! Nuff said.

Dr. Rockso

His name is Dr. Rockso, he is a rock and roll clown. He does cocaine, unfortunately that is all we know. Dr. Rockso is a character from Adult Swim's "Metalocalypse", he appears in only 2 episodes of the first season: "Birthdayface" and the episode in which he is featured "Dethklown". His music video was taken off of MTV because you could see his junk through his jumpsuit.

radio rock

Radio Rock is not a concrete term. It can refer to over-produced, generic bands, but also to innovative, popular/alternative acts that get frequent radio-play on a variety of FM stations.

Elton John, Coldplay, Myslovitz are examples of radio rock by this definition.
