A Jewish black person who dresses up and roleplays being a ghost.

A word that is often shouted out by a Jewish black person, who is dressed as a ghost, as they scare you.

I unsuspectingly turned the corner and that Jiggerboo scared the hell out of me!

That cracker nearly had a heart attack when I jumped out screaming "JiggerBOO!!"

Dude you can't just show up at my house unannounced like a goddamn Jiggerboo.

The formula for Jigglocity is:
Jigglocity = steps/time
