When a person or group only move up through a business through snitching and making others look bad for no reason.

Worker 1 - Man that guy from down the hall is an asshole, im tired of his Dow Mentality.

Worker 2 - He is always trying to get people in trouble even when they didn't do anything, just so he can try to look better to the bosses.

Worker 1 - I hope he gets fired soon for false reports.
