I got a bit of the Medrano Effect when I was studying at school. Now I’m more confused than when I started.

ok effect - the art of being extremely stoic and being extremely emotionless no matter how bad the situation is.

friend: we won't be friends.

friend: i'll steal everything you own.

Duque Effect

Duque Effect ("efeito duque" in brazilian portuguese) is an event when people exchange informations and point of views with strangers who they once thought were known to each other in any way, but they were not. They simply gave up political and philosophical believes to a total stranger, misleading those who shared their view on recent global socioecocomics actions and happenings.

When you have a technical problem you can't fix, but when you try to demonstrate it to an expert, it magically goes away, leaving you looking dumb.
