When you're using Internet Explorer on a very slow computer and you accidentally hit F1, resulting in the Help window popping up very very slowly, taking up a lot of space and slowing everything else down.
Can precede the dropping of an F bomb.

Edward had a nerd fit when, in the middle of a fight in runescape, he started to cheer for himself, causing him to drop an F1 bomb. The computer slowed down and his character died. He tried to sue Internet Explorer.
