Get the why does my family treat me like a red headed step childmug. When something, usually minor or irrational, annoys or frustrates you to the point of not being able to let it go. The feeling usually invokes a skin-crawl, murderous eye-twitch, intense cringing or straight up snapping at the source of the titch. Almost like an ick, but not quite.
