PP meant to be displayed inside a vehicle, usually occurs during travel hence the name "Road". Very similar to Road Head or Road tug jobs. Basically any sexual act where the weiner is displayed while on the road gives it the name of "Road Bologna".
While headed to Brown Eye Village, Richard could not resist the need for Big Hassell's Road Bologna.
