Bawli means ceazy, whimsical, mad, crack brained, freak and gand means ass. So, bawli gand means someone who is a crazy crack person someone who will create a havoc in social life.

In simple ass, the person is a dumb, stupid, illogical, annoying, good for nothing and anything that is not rad :)

Grant Streater(model, bodyboarder, Fashion icon, dj, all round cool ball sack) a name famous for body boarding and neon blonde hair however most recently has become a household name throughout Australia, its meaning may come from one person however it stems to an entire generation of tight jean wearing, blonde fringe, crazy hand action limp wrist kids. just your average homeboys.

used when walking past in the cross, or newport arms "oh there goes a bunch of grant streaters", or when someone is so cool and good looking they are "a grant streater", Also used when there are four or more in a car at one time they are said to be "streetsharking"
grant streater is also slang for pitta bread
"could i get the beef and cheese grant streater"

Garand

M1 rifle used in WWII and all the way up to Vietnam as a sniper rifle, largely superseded at that time by the M14 which was in turn superseded by the M16A1, named after its creator John Garand. Garand is an informal term but everyone knows what it means. Properly prounounced like "errand", most people say "guh-rand".

The Nazi's hated the Garand because it was so good at kicking their kraut eating, war-mongering, fascist asses.
