A person who is really slow both physically and mentally. He is always sad and depressed which also explains their stagnant nature. A Ragbitch doesn't have fashion sense so dresses like a rag and behaves like a bitch. He has also realized that he is not competent to do anything. He has also tried the Cleveland Steam Roller on himself but nowadays sticks with Alabama Lean Pocket.
