Chris invited me along to keep him company on a road trip to pick up his new car. When he stopped at the gas station he tried to hoe charge me for gas money.

A window of time during the day during which it is safest to be a hoe. This is usually 12:00 am - 2:00 am, given the sneaky nature of the action.

During these hours, hoe activity reaches peak traffic. This is the best time to request a hoe.
