Symptoms include, manic behaviors, unrealistic speculations, paranoia of being followed by federal agents, sickly physical appearance due to lack of nutrients, forgetfulness, pilfering through peoples belongings, carpet surfing, excessive and uncontrollable body movements, dilated pupils, etc.
