Joshua

To refer to a mentally disabled (usually a man, but this can go for anyone, so don't be afraid to call your sister a Joshua) person who is very expressive in their homosexuality, often making comments about a man's tushy and thrusting at unconsenting acquaintances nearby.

Eg:

Man 1: "Why is Owen acting like a damn Joshua today? It's embarrassing."
