Tech-no

Something that is uncreative, boring and is gaining traction only because it is considered hip. A person can also be considered "tech-no" if they are dull and boring. The girl at your local venue that sleeps with a dj is "tech-no" as it is nothing new and original. Another example is a dude that is tatted and rides fixed gear bikes while doing a bunch of gear, nothing new: it is Tech-no. The etymology is from the word "technology" and "no". Technology alludes to a step forwards and the word no disputes it.

A point at which all actions, communications, thoughts, and movements involve a piece of technical equipment.

If the person you are talking to on facebook chat is sitting right next to you, you are tech veggin.

If the tv is within reaching distance, but you still change the channel with the remote, you are tech veggin.
