A pouch that is attatched near the hip that will drain shit out of your stomach. Usually equipped when you go thru some fucked up surgery that will cause constipation.

Poopy head is one of the worst insults out there, and boy is it effective, poopy head is implying that their head smells, looks, and feels like shit, so next time your in an argument with the person you hate the most, if you want to destroy their life with just two words, call them a poopy head
