1. Equivalent to voicing an expletive during any undesirable or unlucky situation. The phrase "to the max" can be appended to emphasize extremely dire circumstances.

2. Getting stranded in the middle of nowhere because your vehicle ran out of fuel.

"Dude. When his girlfriend finds out he's been cheating on her, he is sooo shizzle popped it's not even funny."

"I told you to fill up on gas before we left, you tardmuffin! Now we're totally shizzle popped... to the max!"
