right-handed smoker

A person who does whatever he wants with no regard to the wishes of others. Someone who clearly lives by the motto that it's my way or the highway. Derived from drivers who smoke with their right hand, thus forcing the other passengers in the car to have to put up with the smoke (as opposed to smoking with their left hand and allowing the smoke to go out the window).
I tried to convince Bob to try things my way but he absolutely refused and told me he'd "do what he wants." He's a regular right-handed smoker.
