Trumpy is the new Hangry. Tired and grumpy. The explanation of the characteristic of a baby when they get tired and over react to certain stimulus. Also, associated with adults over reacting to common minimal stress inducing situations. This coincides to some situations the former President was known for.

When a child or adult starts crying or over angered and temperamental beyond the norm.

Babysitter- “ Why are you so upset? What’s wrong?”
Parent- “O looks like he needs a nap, he’s just being Trumpy”
