Turn Signal 

Many people do not know this but there is actually a feature on your car called a "turn signal." The turn signal is a stick behind your steering wheel that when utilized, flashes an orange light on the outside of your car. The orange light then informs other drivers which direction you are thinking about fucking going.

Dumbass Friend: I just don't get it, whenever I turn or switch lanes, someone honks at me and gives me the middle finger.
You: Do you remember to use your turn signal?
Dumbass Friend: What's that?

The Fat Signal 

The searchlights on top of the McDonalds restaurants.

While driving through town at night I was hungry so I saw The Fat Signal and picked up a cheese burger at McDonalds.

nice signal 

A sarcastic compliment given to a fellow driver who fails to signal his/her driving maneuvers properly. Typically results in you being cut off, or otherwise prohibiting your movement (failing to signal before a turn). Can be easily followed by an expletive.

'Oh thanks, nice signal... DB."

Turkish Smoke Signal 

A Turkish Smoke Signal is when a vape pen is inserted into the anal cavity of a person with only the mouthpiece exposed. A second person then proceeds to use the vape, giving the impression they are sucking smoke from the anus of person one.

Person 1: How was your date the other night?
Person 2: It was a bit strange, he insisted that we did the Turkish smoke signal.

To smoke signal is to stand outside a fellow tokers window from a distance and with a skilled puff, shooting a sliver of smoke, taking in account wind, through an open window. A trained toker will instantly recognize the smell of the sweet cheeba and know they are being summoned.

I stood outside Dilbert's house and smoke signal'd. Within 30 seconds Dilbert was beside me hittin some cannabis.
