Any omelette, homemade or ordered in a restaurant, that consists of at least 7 eggs (or egg whites). In addition, there must be some other ingredient that adds to the gargantuan nature of the omelette, such as
turkey, or a mix of cheeses, mushrooms, onions,
tomato, etc.
One should be able to finish this meal in one sitting, barring a pussy eating it. The omelette is best complemented by either a fruit cup or a vegetable medley.
