Muggle

A person who has never or will never serve in the military that is highly opinionated on military related topics and is usually the individual advocating for US military intervention in conflicts that the US has absolutely no business being involved in.
"Bill is such a muggle, any time he see's leadership in the military actually caring about their troops he says that the military is going "soft" even though he has never served himself and doesn't know the struggle."

Muggle

Originally a description from the Harry Potter Universe of a person who is born to two non-magical parents and is incapable of performing magic.

The expression is sometimes transferred to domains other than wizardry and describes a person outside the current context. A muggle is a layman or "normal" person.

2. If the cache is located in a highly visible space but there aren't tons of muggles, I am generally up to the challenge.

1) Non-magic folk.

2) Another name for a Squib.
1) Pentunia, Vernon, and Dudley Dursely are muggles, as they have no magic.

2) Argus Filch has no magic, and is born from a pure blood family (he's a squib), so he can be referred to as either a muggle or a squib.
