Sarcastic misspelling of the "Intarweb," which is in turn a sarcastic misspelling of "Internet," which in turn is used to make fun of n00bs. "Intarveb," adds a new level of hilarity by adding a Kraut accent, conjuring images of Nazi AOLers with monacles or something.

A large mesh network connecting devices together that allows file sharing and streaming without going through the internet, connections between anyone else on the interweb.
Once the FCC dominates the internet, the interweb will finally be recognised as a much better alternative.
In short it's a hive mind where the closest copy of the file you want takes the shortest route to you.
