This is another word for an African American. Right after slavery wasnt excepted in todays world, people started calling the blacks that worked for them "the help" so therefor they are "helpful". Donot get helpful mixed with any other kind of blacks, helpfuls will actually work and be nice about it... they know there place!

The non-helpful helpful boomer is typically found in online groups on Facebook, but can infest other sites. The non-helpful helpful boomer will see a question asked online and will feel a compulsive urge to answer the question, even if they don't have any answers. Some may in fact use the opportunity to brag about something expensive they own to do the job.
For example;
"Hey does anybody know if I can use a printer to print out the templates to use and save some money, as I'm a little broke?"
Nh.h.b: "I would never, it takes too much time, but I do own a brand new top of the line cricut machine that I use to do it all for me."
Other nh.h.b. "I buy mine precut, so I don't know"
Third nh.h.b "Sheep are nice"

A totally threadbare request/remonstration designed to merely extort excessive/unwarranted effort/labor from someone, but without said outlay's truly creating any significant improvement in the person's life or in his overall physical/mental/emotional/legal/financial/social status.
Probation officer: Now, Son, you know how much I care about you, and I have your best interests at heart. I need for you to prove to me and my supervisors that you are indeed a responsible-minded young man, though, so I want you to volunteer to work 20 hours a week at the local cattle-farm... it'll allow me to better convince the authorities to "wipe the slate clean" and restore your driving privileges.
Teenager, scowling disgustedly: Yeah, right --- you actually expect me to go and bust my ass in the hot sun shovellin' manure and diggin' fence-post holes for four hours a day, and not get a DIME for my efforts?!??? Sound to me like a classic "help me to help you" stunt just to get some free labor out of me --- no THANKS!

The type of help offered by someone who pretend like they want to help you but in reality they don't mean it.
Openly struggling in understanding the course material for whole semester and none from cohort helps but when I meet them an hour before finals they be like " Yo homie, let me know if you want to ask something that you didn't understand, I can help you"
