Tin Bin

A tin or box of sweets that instead of being full of the actual sweets is instead just full of the wrappers of sweets that have already been eaten. Especially common with Quality Streets and Celebrations.

Brenda: I got home after a long day looking for some comfort so i took out my box of Quality Streets and it was just the wrappers in there.
Andrew: Somebody must have used it as a tin bin

I was trying to study for my orgo exam while two freshmen were hooking up in the next weenie bin.
