A person that stays with you and doesn’t pay his share of rent, but receives the same benefits as if they already had (receiving showers, food, etcetera). May also be shortened to SWB.

Stephen, my brother, you are a squatter with benefits - you haven’t paid your fair share of rent for the past three months, soon to be four, so you’re going to need to be evicted from my property unless you can pay your rent for the months you have missed thus far.

Concert Squatter

When you arrive at your concert seat(s) to find someone already sitting or standing in them. When you tell them that they’re in your seat, they might move a little bit, but don’t really leave. This is usually a person who has already had too many party favors and wants to sing obnoxiously to each song or dance around in your space.

How was the show the other night?

So so… there was a concert squatter in my seat that wouldn’t go away for most of the show.
