adj. (Variation on "swift") Well; healthy; energetic; alert; comfortable; happy. One who is injured or feels ill, depressed, etc. does not "feel swooft" (nor "swift"). Usually employed in this negative sense, at least in the Southern U.S.

it means a very awesome person. it is a mix between sweg and cool. you can also add the prefix un so it can be unswool. which means the exact opposite of swool. a swool person is everyone's best friend and is just plain awesome. the swooliest person in the world is Jessica

1. A part of one's entourage, generally a male, known for their excessive use of "swoop," a tactic where one attempts to pick-up a female who is already clearly being macked on by one of their friends.

Male 1: "WTF?! That guy in the Spartan costume totally came in and started mackin' on the girl I was talking to!"
Male 2: "He's a total 'Swoop Dawg.' Actually, that's what we call him. You didn't know?"
