saccharine sociopath

A sociopath that uses an artificial, sweet disposition to conceal his/her extremely antisocial behavior and lack of conscience in order to manipulate and torment others.

My new boss tormented Bette all day today, but then sang Bette’s praises to the CEO. Bette won’t be able to report my boss’ behavior now because nobody will believe her. My boss is such a saccharine sociopath.
