Dickkicker(s) are a slang term for large boots (size 14 and up) that are used for kicking someone in the dick, or would hurt to get kicked in the dick by.

Ex 1: Lord, my dad got some new dickkickers, I really hope he doesn't kick me in the dick with those things for spilling his beer again.

Ex 2: Jesus look at the dickkickers on him! Those gotta be at least a size 16!
