Compared to a mans testicles. Negative adj.
A wrinkled pair of breasts. or a saggy pair of breasts. or a small pair of breasts. see also, like fried eggs on nails

I was at the strip club early in the day. The girls they put on are terrible. This one I saw had small boobs but they still sagged down.... like Chesticles !

Chesticle

Chesticles are saggy breasts that resemble testicles, though usually found on older women (55+), they are a common sight in Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas on males ages 26+. Chesticles should not be confused with "breasticles" which is a synonym for moobs, man-tits, and other words that mean man boobs.

The byproduct of micro-filed calluses and dead skin that closely resembles canned, grated Parmesan cheese mixed with small amounts of grime or mold. Typically, it is discarded as non-biohazard medical waste or fed to pet dust mites.
