Something that makes me run around, cry and scream if I add all the spice in the spice packet, i just can’t. Especially with the 2x spicy one. Trust me, unless you are super human and have lived through the centuries, please don’t do it. Maybe i am slightly overreacting. But my tastebuds weren’t. I chugged down a whole carton of milk that day, and when I was empty for milk I had to drink expired sweet apple juice, holy moly I was in excruciating pain. And everything made it worse. My lips were hurting, my throat was burning, i just felt like endingitol at that point. Later the pain went away luckily so I think I am ok, but a hint of advice if you don’t have spice tolerance like me: add half the spice packet of buldak
