what we always called the punks or wanna be punks that already had below the crown shaved off and had to "grow in" the back part of a mohawk.
in the nineties is was commonplace as EVERYONE had the lower half of their head shaved as alterna kids and when they found punk the first thing they did was grow that stripe down the back.

in the 2000's, it also applied to the fucking faux hawk faggots. same haircut, but on purpose this time.

Hawking

The act of following someone leaving a store at a slow pace while in a car in the hopes of finding a parking spot.

While doing countless loops looking for a parking spot, you spy someone leaving the store. By timing their rate of walk and direction you slowly follow in the hopes of obtaining their parking spot while praying they do not cross between cars into the other aisle where three other cars are slowly hawking the same person.
