1) Small food particles (from foods such as pork rinds) that can accumulate on the uvula, causing a prolonged period of uncontrollable coughing.

2) An idiom used for a male who used to be sexually active, but has since struggled in the department of intercourse, in turn accumulating dust on his hang down (penis)

Guy 1: Man, Bobby was such a player in high school but I heard he’s got major hang down dust since then.

Guy 2: *eating pork rinds* Holy shit, I never would’ve guessed that bob— *starts coughing uncontrollably* *regains consciousness* sorry, I got major hang down dust from these pork rinds. Anyway, I never would’ve guessed that Bobby would’ve gotten hang down dust after high school.

When a person is blindfolded and forced to lay on the ground. Another person proceeds to defecate on them, virtually covering them in feces. Unlike the hot Carl, the feces comes in contact with the person's entire body and actually touches his/her skin. This can be performed on a person either voluntarily or involuntarily.
