Tool Bagger 

1) Some one who is more than a tool, They just keep adding more things to make them more of a tool.
2) Usually a girl, but not exclusively, who continually dates unsuitable people and hence bags tools. Therefore they are a tool bagger. I.e they are collecting tools.
3) An individual within the tool manufacturing industry whos job it is to bag the tools. E.G they must bag all the tools into a tool kit before sale to the public.

1) "hey Tony can you believe that guy? what a tool!"

Brown bagger 

Another term for butterface (see definition) where the chick is hot except that if her face were a weapon, it would be a harmful one (she's ugly) but you are drunk and she has a nice body, and you want some 'nanny, so you put a bag over her head...it's the degrading trade off we give women for allowing them to vote.

An adornment usually in the form of a brooch-like ornament worn on the clothes. It also may refer to items such as a police officers badge of office which may be carried in the form of identification, and worn sewn on to the clothes.

Badge is also slang for a 'vagina'

The police officer polished her badge and remembered the time that strange guy at a party had whispered into her ear asking if she wanted him to give her badge a good licking.
