People who regularly cop, buy, or acquire highly hyped/coveted items often with the use of bots or automated checkout software. Oftentimes such people form organizations called "cook groups" to share information with one another.

Person 1: Did you get those new yeezys that dropped this morning?
Person 2: Naw, I didn't get any checkouts but my cousin and his friend did!

Bruce Cook

Bruce Cook is a Nitro Circus member who lost the use of his legs during a daring stunt in 2014. On his modified Freestyle Motocross dirtbike, Cook attempted a double front flip, in which the rider has no control of under or over-rotation. Cook under-rotated, landing on his rear wheel and sliding off of the back of his seat. Cook broke his lower back and nearly severed his spinal cord entirely. After recovery, he now rides a modified bike, the same on that nearly killed him, but it has metal bars all over it to hold his lower half in place while he backflips at every show.

Cook Spinney

A shithole that for some reason is a school.
Its in Harlow Town which is in Essex.
The staff are on crack and hit children.
The dinner ladies spit in the food and then shove it in the gobs of the children.
